What is Hypnotherapy ?

Like Meditation and visualization, Hypnotherapy is a method  of therapy, which a qualified therapist attempts to quiet the conscious mind, to make the subconscious mind more accessible. Hypnosis is basically a deep state of relaxation.

During hypnosis, the mind is highly focused and fully aware. No one can be forced into hypnosis. you must be a willing participant in the process.
